Engin Ansay – Consul General, Consulate General of Turkey in Los Angeles

Consul General Ansay has held a number of diplomatic posts, among them, head of the Center for Strategic Research at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2002-2003), Ambassador and special advisor to the Permanent Mission of Turkey to the U.N. (1998-2002), Ambassador and permanent observer of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) to the U.N. and Permanent Representative to the Americas (1986-1998). He was also deputy section head of the Department of Middle East and Africa at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Special assignments that Ansay was responsible for include field coordinator for the Mitchell Commission and member of the Sharm El-Shelkh Fact-Finding Committee headed by former U.S. Senator George Mitchell, which produced the 2001 Mitchell Report, concerning the Israel/Palestine conflict. Mr. Ansay is the author of Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States - Multinational Investment Guarantees, published by Cambridge University, and “Bosnia: An Alternative Action Plan,” published in The Brown Journal of Foreign Affairs, 1994. Mr. Ansay is holder of the decoration of MVO by H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, of England and recipient of the Medal of Honor by His Holiness Pope Jean Paul II. Mr. Ansay earned his bachelor’s from the Faculty of Law at Ankara University and his LLB and diploma in International Law at Cambridge University, U.K.

Egemen Bağιş – MP from İstanbul, Senior Advisor to Turkish PM, TBMM

Mr. Bağιş has lived in New York between 1985 and 2002 and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and a Master of Public Administration degree both from the Baruch College of the City University of New York. He is the founder and owner of a New York based consulting firm, The Turkish Link, Inc. He served as a member of the Advisory Board of Turkish Citizens living outside of the Turkish Republic. As the only President of the New York based Federation of Turkish American Associations that has been elected unanimously for two consecutive terms, he worked to create an informed Turkish American community that can help foster US-Turkish relations and take an active part in promoting a balanced and truthful picture of Turkey in the United States. As a senior level linguist, he has served President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush, President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Secretary of State Colin Powell and many other high level government leaders. He is elected as a Justice and Development Party's (AK Party) member of the Turkish Parliament representing Istanbul. He serves as the Foreign Policy Advisor to AK Party Chairman and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Turkish Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and the Chairman of Turkey-USA Inter Parliamentary Friendship Caucus.

Reha Denemeç – MP from Ankara, Vice Chairman - Justice & Development Party , TBMM

Mr. Denemeç has served as the Chairman of State Planning Organization (DPT), Manager within the State Strategic Research Department before becoming one of the founding members of the Justice & Development Party. Mr. Denemeç has received his bachelors degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, and his masters degree in Finance from University of Delaware.


Şükrü Elekdağ – MP from İstanbul, Turkey's Former Ambassador to US , TBMM

Mr. Elekdağ is a retired Turkish Ambassador, Republican People's Party (CHP) deputy and a member of the Turkish Parliament representing İstanbul. He has graduated from the Faculty of Economics at İstanbul University, received the title of Doctor in Economics from the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences at the University of Paris. He joined the Turkish diplomatic services (1951) and served at the Turkish Permanent Delegation at the UN in New York (1953-57) and the Turkish Permanent Delegation at NATO in Paris (1960-65). He has been the Director General of the NATO Division and Deputy Undersecretary of Politico-Military Affairs (1965-70). Dr. Elekdağ has served as Ambassador in Japan and US. After retiring from diplomatic service in 1989, he became senior lecturer at Bilkent University in Ankara. He developed the idea of Black Sea Economic Cooperation, has numerous articles on Turkey’s geopolitics and geostrategy. Dr. Elekdağ has found the ATAA (Assembly of Turkish American Associations), is the Board Member of the Strategic Research Center, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of European Association of Turkish Academics.

Abdullah Akyüz - President, TUSIAD-US

Abdullah Akyüz joined TUSIAD in 1999, as the President of TUSIAD-US Inc., TUSIAD's Washington Representative Office. Between 1983-1990, Abdullah Akyüz served on the Capital Markets Board, the Turkish equivalent of the SEC, as an economist. In June 1990, he became the Director of the newly established Bonds and Bills Market of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE). In May 1994, Mr. Akyüz became the Executive Vice-Chairman of the ISE, overseeing the operations of several departments until his departure from the ISE at the conclusion of 1998. Mr. Akyüz has also served as a Board Member of the ISE-Settlement and Custody Bank, Inc., as well as a member of Treasury's "Domestic Borrowing Advisory Board". Mr. Abdullah Akyüz received his B.A. degree in Economics and Finance from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Ankara (1983), his M.A. degree in Economics from the University of California-Davis (1986), and graduated from Wharton School's Advanced Management Program (1996).

Cağlan Aras - VP of Marketing, DiTech Communications Inc.

Dr. Aras joined to Ditech from Manystreams, Inc. a venture-backed telecom equipment company where he was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management and led the definition and trials of a voice and video telecom services platform. From 2000 to 2002, Dr. Aras was Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Jetstream Communications, a Voice-over-DSL telecom equipment provider, where he was responsible for product life cycle management including product strategy, partnerships and product marketing. Prior to Jetstream, Dr. Aras was employed by First Virtual Communications (FVCX) where he served as Director of Product Management from 1997 to 2000, responsible for marketing, strategy and P/L for H.323 voice and video gateways and MPEG2 video products. He started his career as a system designer at IBMs Networking Hardware division where he worked from 1993 to 1997. Dr. Aras holds an Executive MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is also the recipient of five patents in various areas of packet voice and video networking.

Izak Bencuya - Executive Vice President & General Manager for Functional Power Products Group, Fairchild Semiconductor Corp.

Izak Bencuya is the Executive Vice President of Fairchild Semiconductor and the General Manager of the Functional Power Products Group in San Jose, California. Dr. Bencuya has 25 years of industry experience. He began his career at Yale University where he researched ultra thin oxide MOS devices. Dr. Bencuya later worked at GTE Laboratories and Siliconix in various research and management roles to develop and market leading edge Power Devices, such as MOSFETs, IGBTs and SITs. He joined Fairchild Semiconductor in 1994 to start the Low Voltage MOSFET business which has grown to be the major revenue and earnings generating line at Fairchild. The Functional Power Products Group, at $900M annual revenue, mainly supplies Power Semiconductor solutions for all power supply applications in the computing, communications, industrial, consumer and automotive markets. Dr. Bencuya has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey, an M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering and Applied Science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the University of California-Berkeley. He is a member of the IEEE Electron Device Society. Dr. Bencuya holds 15 patents and has published extensively in the electronics field.

İlkan çokgör - Managing Director, Global Technology Capital Partners, LLC

Dr. İlkan çokgör is the founder and Managing Director of Global Technology Capital Partners, LLC, a global private equity and M&A advisory firm. Previously, Dr. çokgör was a member of the investment team at American River Ventures, a $100 Million early stage venture capital fund. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President with Ridgewood Capital, a group of private equity funds, where he had responsibility for venture capital investments in devices and subsystems for communications, networking, information technology and consumer electronics. Dr. çokgör has over fifteen years of experience in technology and product development in storage systems, sensors, and communications and networks at Hewlett-Packard and at several start-ups. Before he joined Hewlett-Packard, he was a founder and an executive of Optoelectronic Alliance, Inc., a company that provided end-to-end communication link and system design services. Dr. çokgör has a Ph.D. in fiber optics from the University of London, England.

Murat Dayanιklι - General Director, Anadolu Holding Medical Center

Dr. Dayanιklι currently serves as the Vice President of Financial Management Services for the Anadolu foundation apart from being the General Director / CEO for the Anadolu Holding Medical Center. Dr. Dayanιklι has started his carrier at Harvard Health Services Department as a business and management analyst, after receiving his graduate degree from Yale University on the topics of health care management and financial resource policies. He completed his earlier education at Istanbul University Management Finance and Medical Schools. He then served at Orange Medical Center in United States and at California Pacific Medical Center for 3 years. Dr. Dayanιklι then worked on strategic planning and risk management topics during his time with Mercer Consulting. After returning back to Turkey at the end of 1996, he worked for Doğuş Holding as a coordinator for investments in the medical sector, where he developed the HMO insurance product. Apart from his roles as part of Anadolu Holding, Dr. Dayanιklι teaches medical management classes at Yeditepe University and serves as the Chairman of the Board for the TUSIAD Medical Project.

Cengiz Ersun - Secretary General, İstanbul Chamber of Commerce

Mr. Ersun has been involved with İstanbul Chamber of Commerce (ICOC) since 1973, where he also served as the Foreign Trade Department Director, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Study & Research Departments Director and as the Deputy Secretary General before was appointed as the Secretary General in 2003. He is an expert in international market research, countries including South Korea, Russia, USA, Australia, Ukraine and many others. Mr. Ersun serves as the National Coordinator of Med - Partenariat, Supervisor Coordinator of ASCAME, National Project Coordinator of UNIDO, ICOC Representative of ETPO and ICOC Representative of EUROMED. Mr. Ersun also teaches "International Trade & Marketing" at the Yeditepe University in İstanbul, Turkey. Mr. Ersun holds Bachelors, Masters and PhD degrees in Economics from İstanbul University. -->

Serhat Görgün - General Manager, Inovent at GOSB Technopark

Mr. Görgün is the general manager of Inovent Intellectual Property Rights Management and Investment Inc. since November 2005, which is fully owned by Sabancι University. Being the first technology transfer and intellectual property management and investment company owned by a university, Inovent helps inventors and technology holders from all universities, research and development institutes and industries in Turkey in terms of business development, legal and financial issues. Prior to his current job, Mr. Görgün was the founder and the general manager of GVZ Speech Technologies Inc., a Koç Holding company since 2000, which was the first and the only speech technologies company in Turkey. Before GVZ, Mr. Görgün was responsible for enterprise level customers of Microsoft Turkey as an account manager. He joined Microsoft from Turkey’s one of the largest system integrator company KoçSistem, a Koç Holding company where he served as sales specialist and sales manager between 1995 and 1999. Mr. Görgün has graduated from Middle East Technical Universtiy, Department of Management.

Burak Güner - Research Analyst, Barclays Global Investors

Mr. Güner is a research analyst developing quantitative invesment models for BGI's Canadian active equity funds with an AUM of $14bn. BGI is currently the largest institutional asset manager in the world with a total AUM of more than $1500bn. Burak joined BGI in 2005 after receiving his PhD in Finance from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Burak's research has been published at the Review of Financial Studies, and presented at the American Economic Association, Western Finance Association, and the National Bureau of Economic Research. Burak also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Kemal İnan - Dean of Eng. & Natural Sciences, Sabancι University

Dr. İnan received his B.S. (1964) and M.S. (1966) in Electrical Engineering, Middle East Technical University (METU). After earning another M.S. in Automatic Control at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom (1967), he obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California (UC) at Berkeley, USA (1970). He has held faculty appointments at UC Berkeley and served as Chairman of the Engineering Department at METU. He joined Sabanci University in February 1998.


Selim Oktar - Chairman, Nokta Magazine

Mr. Oktar has wide range of expertise in corporate strategic planning, business development & market research, corporate social responsibility, corporate reform & information resource management. He has served as a consultant for World Bank, UNDP, USIS and has been a board member of Strateji-Mori partnership for 8 years. Mr. Oktar has also served as the Executive Committee President of Knextep at ITU Technopark & Manajans / Thompson. He has published several articles on communication strategy, marketing intelligence, corporate culture vs. sustainable growth over the years. Mr. Oktar holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University in İstanbul.

Taner Özçelik - General Manager, Consumer Electronics, NVIDIA

Mr. Özçelik joined NVIDIA in 2004 and is responsible for driving the company's business into consumer electronics markets. From 1995 until 2001, Mr. Özçelik worked at Sony Electronics, where he served in several management roles, most recently as VP & GM of the Digital Home Platform division, where he developed Sony's DVD semiconductor solutions. Mr. Özçelik has also been an entrepreneur in the semiconductor industry, and served as President and CEO of MobileSmarts, an automotive semiconductor start-up prior to joining NVIDIA. Mr. Özçelik holds an M.B.A from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D from Northwestern University.

Tamer Saka - Chief Risk Officer, Sabancι Holding

Mr. Saka pursued his M.A. and Doctoral degrees at İstanbul University, Faculty of Business Management. While working as a faculty member, he also worked as a freelance consultant on risk management and control process improvement. In 2000, he progressed to the position of manager responsible for Risk Management Consultancy at Andersen Istanbul Office. In 2001, Mr. Saka received the Zimmerman Scholarship, which was given for the first time, and pursued post doctoral studies at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a visiting faculty member. In the meantime, he continued to work as a part-time consultant for Andersen Risk Management Consultancy in Chicago. After returning to Turkey, Mr. Saka joined Ernst & Young as the manager responsible for Risk Management Consultancy services and he was promoted to the position of senior manager in September 2003. In 2004, he contributed to the initiation process of Risk Management Department at Sabancι Holding. Mr. Saka published numerous articles and a book on the risk management, audit and control. Mr. Tamer Saka refined his proficiency through active membership of several national and international associations and professional certificates. Currently, he works as Chief Risk Officer at Sabancι Holding and is responsible for the improvement and implementation of ERM. Last year, Mr. Saka received the StrategicRISK's Best European Enterprise-Wide Risk Programme of the Year Award and got highly commended for the Young Achiever in Risk Management Award.

Haldun Taşman - Former Vice Chairman & Founder, The Tech Group

Mr. Haldun Taşman served most recently as Vice Chairman of The Tech Group, Inc., an Arizona corporation of which he was also a principal. The Tech Group is a global leader in injection molding offering contract manufacturing solutions for the medical and consumer industries. He started his professional career working on Wall Street for a major accounting firm before joining the Tech Group in 1972 as Controller. Subsequently he held a variety of positions, from CFO to his current position. Concurrently he served as Vice Chairman of Tech Group Asia, a publicly traded company Since May 2005, The Tech Group has been a part of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. West, based in Lionville, Pa. He was also the founding president of Top Seal and Star Container. Mr. Taşman received his MBA from Columbia University in 1968, majoring in corporate finance as a Fulbright Scholar. He serves on the board of directors of Tashco Industries, a leading window and door manufacturing company in Arizona, owned with his older brother since 1979. Haldun is actively involved in various non-profit organizations, including Arizona State University, Columbia University, and the Turkish-American Business Forum based in New York City. He is in pursuit of new social ventures in the United States and Turkey that are self-sustaining in the areas of education and philanthropy.

Kaya Tuncer - President, Aegean Free Zone

Kaya Tuncer is the founder and chairman of ESBAS, the company responsible for developing and managing the Aegean Free Zone, Turkey's leading industrial park. The zone currently employs 13,000 people and has plans to grow to 30,000. Mr. Tuncer also founded Space Camp Turkey, located at the Aegean Free Zone. Through his foundation, Global Friendship Through Space Education, he provides scholarships to enable students from around the world to attend the camp. His numerous awards include, "Alumni Achievement Award from Santa Ana College, California, 1990", "Top Businessman of the Year", by the Turkish National Productivity Center, 1999", "Award for the Advancement of Education in Turkey by the Association of Turkish-American Scientists, 2002", "Turkish-American of the Year by the American-Turkish Association of Southern California, 2003", "Ellis Island Medal of Honor, 2004", and "Personality of the Year by the Financial Times Foreign Direct Investment Magazine, 2005" for his success in attracting direct foreign investment to Turkey. In 1962 Mr. Tuncer earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California in 1967. He holds licenses in both civil and structural engineering from the State of California.

Murat Sönmez - Executive VP - Strategic Markets, TIBCO Software Inc.

Mr. Sönmez is responsible for TIBCO's global financial services and telecommunications industry business, as well as a new program focused on developing deeper, broader strategic relationships with TIBCO's customers. He joined TIBCO in 1994 and has held a variety of executive positions including head of worldwide sales, general manager of EMEA operations, and chief marketing officer. His professional background includes EVP of Operations at Centrata, a utility computing software firm, and engineering and product marketing positions at Consilium, a Manufacturing Execution Systems software provider. Mr. Sonmez holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bosphorus University, Istanbul, Turkey and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

Cüneyt Türktan - CEO, AveA

Mr. Türktan is one of the most seasoned and prolific executives in the Turkish telecommunications industry with over 12 years of experience leading top-notch companies that represent the migration of the nation from a state owned single provider model for telecom services to a healthy and growing private sector that helped revolutionized daily lives of millions. Currently, Mr. Türktan is serving as CEO of AveA, Turkey's 3rd largest mobile communications operator with over 7 million individual and corporate customers. Prior to AveA, Mr. Türktan has served as president of the first CDMA based wireless services provider in Europe, namely Telemobil S.A. of Bucharest, Romania. Between 1994 and 2001 Mr. Türktan was the CEO of Turkcell, the largest operator in Turkey with 29 million subscribers. During his tenure at Turkcell the company achieved explosive growth and became publicly traded on NYSE in effect becoming the 1st Turkish company to do so. Before joining Turkcell Mr. Türktan founded Digiturk digital satellite TV broadcast services provider and oversaw the acquisition of Superonline, the leading ISP while at this post. Mr. Türktan also held managerial positions with Pepsi and Interbank and possesses a MBA from Bogazici University in Istanbul.

Oltaç ünsal - Managing Director, Smyrna Capital Corp.

Mr. Ünsal is the Managing Director of Smyrna Capital Corp., a global investment company. He has developed sophisticated trading strategies for absolute returns through class work with Nobel laureates Myron Scholes and William Sharpe; having also previously worked at Credit Suisse First Boston Structured Finance Group and Goldman Sachs Fixed Income Principal Investments since 1995. Equally comfortable in technology entrepreneurship as a founder or an early executive of four software and wireless startups, and as an investor and advisor to countless others, Mr. Ünsal also spent time in portfolio management, business and strategy development at Microsoft and Cisco Systems. He spends considerable time on technology-based economic development activities in the US and Turkey as a pro bono consultant and advisor. Oltaç has an MBA from Stanford Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Economics and Politics from Whitman College, and attended Law School at University of Washington.

Murat Yalçιntaş - President, İstanbul Chamber of Commerce

Murat Yalçιntaş was born in 1965 in İstanbul. He has studied at the French Lycee Saint Joseph and has continued his education at the Bosphorus University in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and got his master degree at Boston University, Brussels. He had two years of experience in one of the European Union's institutions in Brussels as an expert and 3 years of experience in an international development bank as Project Officer. Mr. Yalçιntaş took several initiatives to establish companies in different sectors after returning to Turkey; such as telecommunication, casting, heating-air conditioning in which he is presiding. Murat Yalçιntaş is elected on March 15, 2005 as president of the İstanbul Chamber of Commerce. He is also member and co-founder of several social, cultural and economic foundations.

Mustafa Yιlmaz - General Manager, Aksa

Mr. Yιlmaz obtained his MSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Ankara in 1971. In the same year he started his career in Etibank Ergani copper mining and smelting plant. Mr. Yιlmaz has served AKSA in all levels since 1974 and played a key role in transforming Aksa from a local player into a global player in man made fibers. In 1974 he joined AKSA as production engineer and worked his way up through several managerial positions including production, engineering and technology. Mr. Yιlmaz was appointed as the deputy general manager in 1985 and as the General Manager in 2002.

İbrahim Korgav - SVP of Mfg & Business Ops, Netlogic Microsystems

Mr. Korgav has more than 27 years of manufacturing and operational experience in semiconductor and optical (DWDM) transport systems. Prior to joining NetLogic Microsystems, Korgav was a member of venture capital firm Global Catalyst Partners as an entrepreneur-in-residence. Prior to joining Global Catalyst Partners, he was at Zaffire, an optical transport systems company, as senior vice president of operations. Previously, Korgav was with NeoMagic as vice president of manufacturing operations from its early start-up stage and helped build it into a successful public company with more than $250 million in sales. Before NeoMagic, he co-founded Micro Linear and also worked at Seeq, Synertek, AMD and Siliconix in various manufacturing engineering and operations positions. Mr. Korgav holds master of engineering degree from University of Tulsa and a B.Sc. degree in Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

Ali Kutay - President & CEO, Golden Gate Software Inc.

Mr. Kutay was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AltoWeb, Inc., a provider of e-business infrastructure software. From 1997 to 1998 he was a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of WebLogic, Inc., the company that pioneered the Application Server technology which became one of the major building blocks of web-enabled applications. WebLogic merged with BEA Systems, Inc. in 1998 forming one of the major infrastructure software providers in the industry. Previously he was the President and CEO of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Commercial Software Business Unit, Formtek, from 1990 to 1997. Mr. Kutay holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey and has completed graduate work at Carnegie Mellon University. His graduate and thesis work at Carnegie Mellon was the foundation for Formtek. Ali Kutay serves on several public and private company boards.

Cüneyt Özveren - President & CEO, Yoriwa Inc.

Mr. Özveren is an investor and entrepreneur focusing on networking and security with a market focus on enterprises and service providers. He has recently founded Yoriwa Inc. and before that he was a general manager VP at Arris International. Prior to Arris, he was the founder, CEO and Chairman of Atoga Systems, which built optical routers that are focused on carrier profitability. Atoga received Best of Show awards from SuperComm, Interop & Comnet, and was acquired by Arris International. Prior to Atoga, Mr. Özveren co-founded Berkeley Networks where he was the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing. He led the hardware and software development efforts of Berkeley's award winning Gigabit Switch Router from architecture to manufacturing. Berkeley Networks was acquired by FORE Systems, which was subsequently sold to GEC. Prior to Berkeley, Mr. Özveren worked at FORE Systems, where he was the architect and project leader for their high-end ATM switch development. Prior to his work at FORE, he served at DEC, assuming various leadership and architect roles for the company's GigaSwitch FDDI and ATM switch, Ethernet Switch, and SAR development. While at DEC, Mr. Özveren also worked on the architecture and development of an all-optical switch as part of the AON Consortium with MIT and ATT. Mr. Özveren has published 29 papers and holds 9 patents. He holds five degrees from MIT, including a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MBA from Sloan School of Management.

Müge Tanιk - Director of Emerging Market Platforms, Intel Inc.

Müge Tanιk stared her career in the IT industry in 1987 when she established and managed the Solutions Channels for Lotus Development Corporation in Turkey. In 1990 she joined Digital Equipment Corporation in Turkey to assume several different marketing management roles. She spent 4 years in the United States where she held channel marketing roles in the IT industry before returning to Turkey in 1997 to establish Intel in Turkey. In her role as the Country managing director, she expended Intel's distribution and IPI channel, and Intel Turkey appointed as the regional headquarters in EMEA. In the last 5 years she has been assuming Business Development management roles at Intel headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Recently she is responsible for the Emerging Markets Platform development. Müge Tanιk holds a BA degree in Social Sciences and an MBA in Marketing.

Tunay Tunca - Assistant Professor of Operations, Information, and Technology, Graduate School of Business - Stanford University

Prof. Tunca received his B.Sc. in Mathematics & Electrical Engineering from Bogaziçi University, Turkey and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Rochester and Stanford. He has worked as a visiting scholar at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvenia in 2003 and at Sloan School of Business, MIT in 2005. He has been part of Stanford University since 2001. His research interests are structure and analysis of industrial and financial exchanges, interaction of supply chain and markets, information economics.

Olcay Ungun - VP of Business Development, Entek Controls Inc.

Mr. Ungun is a partner and VP of Business Development at Entek Controls, a custom electronics design and manufacturing company. His expertise is in B2B marketing of technical products. He has held several marketing positions at Raychem Corporation and later at JDS Uniphase SDL division in the United Staes and in France. Before that he worked at Cam Elyaf Sanayi at Çayırova Turkey as Plant Manager. Mr. Ungun graduated from Middle East Technical University Chemical Engineering Department and attended Harvard Business School Strategic Marketing program.
